Travelers arriving by plane will need to show proof of a negative PCR coronavirus test taken no more than 48 hours before departure.

If a business related traveller is not vaccinated he/she has to apply for business travel exemption at the Korean embassy in the country where the passport is registered. Please keep in mind, that this is current status quo.
